Art Club News March 25  (as appearing in Hagley Village News)

 It’s strange ro think that for many of us the New Year is actually March into April as the March meeting is our Annual General Meeting, an occasion to look back at last year and forward to the next.  We have the opportunity to reflect on how to progress as a club and the chance for members to have their say in how the club will advance.  More zoom demonstrations, more sketching evenings, more ‘en plein air’, all the decisions are up for debate, but most importantly, this is the time to sack the committee.  No, no, I’m only joking but it is the chance for others to join the committee and help fashion the future.

Our Exhibitions Manager Hazel Gilliard is on hand to offer advice on mounting and framing our work and remind us that apart from the Annual Exhibition, the club stages various other exhibitions throughout the year.
